Baseline Requirement
Management begins from a known condition.
Visibility Management normally begins after a Professional Visibility Inspection, completed Visibility Repair, Visibility Launch or another approved GIRI Local assessment process establishes an adequate baseline.
This prevents unresolved historical problems from being confused with routine monthly maintenance.
Scope Boundary
Routine management is not unlimited repair.
Eligible routine maintenance is included according to the selected plan. Substantial remediation, major website changes, new installations, widespread historical corrections, third-party costs or work outside the agreed scope may require separate authorization.
When a material condition exceeds management scope, GIRI Local documents and escalates it rather than silently treating it as unlimited included work.

How often is visibility reviewed?
Review frequency and depth depend on the selected management plan and defined scope. Monthly reporting does not mean every visibility condition requires daily intervention.
Do I need an inspection first?
A documented baseline is required. The $395 Professional Visibility Inspection is the standard entry point for an established business that has not already completed an approved GIRI Local baseline process.
Are corrections included?
Eligible routine maintenance is included according to plan. Substantial repair or new implementation is separately scoped and authorized.
Does GIRI Local manage my entire website?
Not automatically. Defined visibility-related maintenance may be included, but major website development, redesign or unrelated technical work is outside standard Visibility Management unless expressly scoped.
Do you monitor AI search representation?
Selected AI/search representation checks are included in Professional and Advanced scopes where defined. Results are observational and may vary by platform, query and time.
What happens when you find a serious problem?
The condition is documented and escalated. If it exceeds routine management scope, GIRI Local can recommend a separate corrective engagement rather than performing unapproved work.
Are third-party fees included?
Third-party software, platform, advertising, telecommunications or other vendor costs are not included unless expressly stated in the written scope.
Does management guarantee rankings, leads or revenue?
No. Visibility Management maintains defined conditions and provides professional oversight. Search platforms, competitors and customer behavior remain outside GIRI Local's control.
